I'm Liz and I'm the founder of my company, RDbyyourside. My mission is simple really—inspire the “general” population (those of us with a house full of people, a full time job, and seemingly no time for anything else after the grocery shopping, the laundry, the house cleaning and the errands are done)—to eat healthy foods.

The title of my blog was inspired by a comment that I hear far too often from my patients, “but healthy food doesn’t taste good” or “so just don’t eat it if it tastes good, right?” And my response: "Healthy food does taste good!" Healthy eating can be simple, flavorful, enjoyable, affordable and achievable. It doesn’t have to involve twenty ingredients or off-the-wall-and-hard-to-find-at-your-local-grocery-store ingredients. We could even grow it! We do have time. After all, this is an investment in your health and your future. It’s worth it! And I’m here to help you along the way. That's right, an RD by your side.
